Before you email

Four quick checks

  • Confirm you are running the latest version from the download page.
  • Check the interface reference and demo projects included in the installer.
  • Search the tutorials for a working example in your language.
  • If you are evaluating, reproduce the problem with the trial and note the exact return code.
Security note: never send passwords, license keys or full customer documents in a support email. Share a minimal, anonymised sample instead.

FAQ

Support questions

I bought a license but have not received my key.
Order details and keys are emailed within minutes of payment. Check your spam or junk folder first. If the message is missing, contact support@azsdk.com with the order email address and order number.
My order was declined.
A declined card is usually resolved by the card issuer. Contact your bank, or choose another payment method at checkout. For persistent problems, contact PayPro Global customer support or email sales@azsdk.com.
How do I register the component?
Install the product, create the object in your code, and call SetLicenseKey() with the key from your email. The trial limitation disappears immediately.
Can I use a purchase order?
Purchase orders are accepted for eligible orders over $100. Select the purchase order option in the PayPro Global checkout to generate a printable invoice.
I need to pay by wire transfer.
Select wire transfer at checkout. After continuing, the order page shows the reference number and bank details.
Do you offer custom development?
Yes. Describe the requirement and we will discuss scope, cost and schedule. Custom builds are quoted separately.
Which Windows versions are supported?
Windows XP through Windows 11, and Windows Server 2003 through 2016 (including R2). Both 32-bit and 64-bit builds are available.
How do I uninstall a product?
Open Start > Programs > AzSDK > [Product] > Uninstall, then follow the prompts. No components are left behind.

Custom work

Feature requests and custom builds

We build custom versions when the standard component does not fit. Send the workflow, the input format, the expected output and any constraints. We will reply with an approach, a cost and a schedule.

Still stuck?

Send the product, version, language, return code and a minimal sample. We will take it from there.
